Sweet and fruity, the result of a longer withering time. This tea is made of Jingmai ancient tea garden leaves. It is processed on the redder side, which means less bitterness and a sweeter mouthfeeling. This tea will go easy on your palate while coating your mouth with a fruity taste.
We used material from Da Ping Zhang, the plateau located on top of Jingmai mountain, on which tea has been cultivated for 1800 years. Cultivated under a forest cover, without pesticides or fertilizer, these ancient tea gardens grow some of the most fragrant leaves in Yunnan. It was processed by ourselves in our Jingmai tea workshop.
